Scenic Regional Library

Scenic Regional Library serves Franklin, Gasconade, and Warren Counties with 8 locations and a bookmobile. We offer books, DVDs, music CDs, and audiobooks for all ages. We also have thousands of downloadable eBooks and eAudiobooks, online magazines and comics, streaming music and movies available through our website. We also offer programming for all ages, including preschool storytimes, book discussion groups, and special events. Computers and free WiFi are available at every location. All residents of Washington are eligible for a Scenic Regional Library card.
